The party featured music, local artists and plenty of games and activities for adults and children, which provided moments of fun for all ages. One of the highlights of the party was the delicious pork on the spit, prepared especially for the event. "The main aim of the Family Party is to promote integration between employees and their families, creating a harmonious and stimulating atmosphere. I fully identify with this type of dynamic, where personal life is valued. The CJR is the family I don't have in Guimarães, but which I ended up building. More than a snack, it was an opportunity to spend time with the people we work with and like.
There were some very interesting activities, with good food and a few games to help keep things fun. These initiatives are important because they allow us to get to know other employees in the company whom we haven't met before.
