Initiatives QHSE Culture improvement is our daily target

Awareness campaigns We encourage a Safety & Health culture using our Cijay mascot. A program designed to make stakeholders more aware of correct conduct.

Annual Performance monitoring Progress made in the QHSE area is monitored by the Executive Committee through a quarterly review of health and safety performance indicators.

Digital Platforms' Tools QHSE sites and applications: We have implemented spaces to access complete documentation and resources of all QHSE area. Stakeholders can interact and collect several data.

Corporate Annual Audit Plans We promote proactive monitoring with an annual audit plan to check compliance with the QHSE program, operational activities, applicable legislation or regulatory requirement.

Towards Zero Culture Involvement of stakeholders in CJR Renewables "Zero accidents" culture: we seek to involve all stakeholders by creating awareness campaigns and contractual pre-qualification measures.

Training & Prevention 4.000 training hours to all employees, focused on health and safety, each year.

On-Site Training Employees receive on-site training with monthly mandatory sessions for all construction staff, such as subcontractors and employees.

QHSE Onboarding Program Employees receive a full QHSE training before any construction or activity within CJR Renewables begins.

Educational Booklets Educational booklets are provided to employees at every company site, in every language, along with tailored training to the relevant activity (construction, wind turbines installation) and facility type.

Management SystemImproving customer satisfaction is our goalTo do it, CJR Renewables implements an appropriate and effective Quality, Safety and Environment Management System (MS). All employees are involved. The CJR Renewables Administration states that the Management Manual defines the implemented Management System appropriately following the Management Policy and determines its application as a mandatory requirement in all its activities.
