Under the motto 'Building the Future', CJR Group leaders are participating in a training, designed especially for them.
Started in July and scheduled to end in October, the training aims to standardize management and leadership practices and align them with world's best performances. With an incisive and 360 ° approach, the training will cover disciplines such as Leading Yourself, Leading Teams, Performance and KPI´s, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, among others.
For Vera Moreira, Group Talent Manager, this training is contextualized in a strategic plan for employee skills development and highly necessary by the current state of the world that is "in transformation, uncertain and in constant change. In response to this volatility, the investment in training in the CJR Group has been growing. We are aware that the future must be today, so we designed the "Building the future" program for our leaders. The organization must learn at least at the same speed as change. In order to provoke, challenge and at the same time inspire our leaders, we designed a model that enhances knowledge, doing, sharing and being. It is urgent to consolidate an agile, sustainable culture that promotes autonomy and responsibility. Growing people will allow the business growth. All employees must evolve at a pace never seen before, leading means having a deep knowledge of the main global trends. In this way, this program seeks to develop strong leaders, capable of motivating, uniting teams under a single vision. Leading implies courage in the way we direct and manage our people. We have been growing at PBS since July, knowing that the strongest and most robust trees were once seeds."
