"One of the biggest projects ever for the WTG Installation Business Unit (BU) and thus a landmark project for 2020" says António Vieira, Head of the BU.

Guleslettene Wind Farm will count with 47 Wind Turbines V136 (90m HH), of 4 MW each and, according to the contract, CJR Renewables will install them within a six-month schedule. For António Vieira, "With this order, we continue to build on our valued collaboration with Vestas, with whom we are developing a strong partnership in Scandinavia".

Regarding project's operation and logistics, CJR Renewables Project Manager Inácio Monteiro said that " we expect to have a team of 50 team members on the ground, two crane lines and a strong bet on safety attitude between them." One of the project's challenges lays in the weather conditions "Although we know what to expect, it is important to understand that we do not control meteorology, and in this area, unpredictability can affect our performance - but I am sure we can handle it".

The 188 MW Guleslettene wind energy project will be the fourth in Norway to be assembled by CJR Renewables teams.

With this CJR Renewables totalizes the installation of 88 WTG (344 MW) in the region and 552 WTG (which means 1802 MW) for Vestas Partner.
